Association with NHK The NHK Symphony Orchestra endeavors to raise and further develop Japan's music and artistic standard by performing symphonic music in cooperation with NHK(Japan Broadcasting Corporation) by participating in NHK's broadcast programs as well as performing concerts for the general public, for which NHK granted a subsidy of 1.7 billion yen in 2022.
